  • Booking and Deposit Policy
    To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required. Which can be paid in person, over the phone, or online through the booking system using your Credit Card details. This deposit will be deducted from your total treatment on the day of your appointment. Should the treatment cost be less than the deposit, the remaining amount will be refunded to you. In the event that we decline your procedure for reasons of integrity or client suitability, your entire deposit will be refunded. If we are unable to complete your treatment due to any fault on our part, you will receive a full refund or credit of the deposit. You may request a deposit refund if you notify us outside of 24 hours from your appointment time. However, cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being retained, as per our cancellation policy terms and conditions. Please note that if you are unable to pay the deposit, we are regrettably unable to book you in.
  • Gift Voucher
    A valid Gift Voucher with a minimum balance of $50 can be utilised to secure your appointment. However, if less than 24 hours' notice is provided to reschedule or cancel, we reserve the right to redeem $50 from your gift voucher.
  • Cancellation Policy
    We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but to accommodate all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Appointment Management
    Please arrive promptly for your appointments. If you anticipate being late, we appreciate a phone call. Late arrivals may necessitate shortened or rescheduled appointments to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Cancellation fees apply for missed appointments or late arrivals. To ensure an optimal experience for all, we kindly ask that you turn off or silence your mobile phone during your visit.
  • Gift Certificates
    Our Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you present your Gift Certificate at the time of treatment, as we are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers.
  • Treatment Packages
    Our Treatment Packages each have their own T&C’s which can be found on the post through our socials and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash under any circumstance.
  • Children in Clinic
    For the safety and comfort of all guests, children and babies are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment unless supervised by another adult.
